RF Rent-a-Car has no deposit fees or other kind of anticipated payments if you choose so when booking.
When making online reservations the payment options are cash (only at picking up), debit card, credit card and MBway.

Cancelations must be informed by email or phone/whatsapp 24 hours before the rental start date.

There is no fee to cancelations but client can be added to black list to future orders, in our rent-a-car and partners, if the cancelation procedure is not followed.

All prices are presented in euros (€), include taxes and civil liability insurance.

Other types of insurance (CDW and SCDW) can be selected when booking. Please check "Insurance options" for more information about these options and  "what is not included" to understand the limitations.

Extras can be added to your booking such as: Baby seat 5€/day, child seat 4€/day.

The standard minimum rental period is one day, but this requirement may change on peak dates.

If the return date is not respected adicional cost can be applied and authorities will be notified as "missing/stolen car".

It is not allowed to take the car between islands by ferry.

Prices may change during high seasons such as Christmas/end of the year, Easter, Summer or other events and special dates due to the high demand for vehicles.

CDW - Collision coverage: The customer’s liability for the payment of damages caused to the rental car in case of an accident can be reduced to the payment of the mandatory deductible (1200,00 €) if the customer has previously contracted the purchase of the CDW (12.50 € p/day).

Theft Protection (TP): The insurance being contracted, the customer will reduce his liability in case of theft of the vehicle, such as the accessories of the same. It does not include baggage and any personal or monetary values. The customer fulfills the responsibility of payment of a deductible, mandatory referred to in the tariff.

PAI - Personal Accident Insurance: The customer when adding the insurance will pay the daily additional amount as mentioned in the current fare, making a passenger insurance.

Super CDW: The customer when contracting the super CDW reduces the maximum mandatory deductible to the said amount stipulated in the tariff in force, when duly proven by the authorities.

In the event of any mechanical difficulties or accidents involving your car, it is important that details are reported to us immediately by phone or email.

In the event of an accident you must also complete an accident report form by the end of the rental period.

Local police should also be notified in the case of accidents/injuries and a signed police report obtained. Full details of third parties should also be obtained.

You are not given authority to repair a vehicle, and should retain copies of all rental documentation in the event an insurance company is involved.

Your insurance cover may be invalidated if this procedure is not followed correctly and this may prejudice any claim for compensation.
